Drake’s speech before he presented the Michael Jackson Vanguard award 2016 to Rihanna on Sunday Night’s Video Music Awards show revealed how much he is in love with the Barbadian singer.

Before presenting the award, the 29-year-old who has been romantically linked with Rihanna, told the world that he has been in love with Rihanna since he was in his early twenties.
‘She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22 years old, she’s one of my best friends in the world. All my adult life I have looked up to her even though she is younger than me. ‘She is a living and breathing legend of our Industry…’
He then gave her an affectionate kiss which rather seemed to make Rihanna shy.

Drake later met Rihanna’s family backstage at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. He posed for pictures with her grandfather Ronald Fenty, her mother, Monica Braithwaite and other siblings.

Hours after Drake declared his intense love for her at the VMAs, the off/on couple were spotted in a car together heading to an after-party.

Are these two ever going to make their relationship official?
