Paul Praise, the gospel singer who is known for the popular song My God is Good (Double Double), is down with kidney failure, it has been reported.

Paul Praise’s two kidneys reportedly stopped working, prompting him to undergo dialysis at a hospital in Lagos, Nigeria.
He requires nine million naira (GH¢ 113,000) for a kidney transplant, according to report.

Kidney failure, also known as renal failure or renal insufficiency, is a medical condition of impaired kidney function in which the kidneys fail to adequately filter metabolic wastes from the blood.
The two main forms are acute kidney injury, which is often reversible with adequate treatment, and chronic kidney disease, which is often not reversible.
