Ghanaian Players Refused Visas By Swedish Embassy Due To Lack Of Weighing Cards And School Certificates

Former captain of Ghana Black Meteors, Yusif Chipsah has revealed that the Swedish Embassy in Accra on countless occasions refuse Ghanaian players visas due to their inability to provide them with their weighing cards and school certificates.
According to the former Asante Kotoko midfielder, currently three players of the Porcupine Warriors are still waiting or their visas to travel to Sweden.
He revealed that the situation is very worrying as most victims of this demand had already secured contracts with clubs in the scandenevianw country.
 “They are demanding for school certificates and weighing cards before they will be given a visas.”
“What happens to players who don’t have school certificates and those born in the villages without a weighing cards?, he explained to Happy FM on why players are refused visas.”
Yusif Chipsah is therefore pleading with the Government of Ghana to intervene because the situation is ruining the dreams of talented footballers in Ghana.
