Alberto Moreno posed for a picture on Snapchat revealing his new hairstyle
- Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno joins the bleach blond hair craze
- The defender was criticised for his previous 'man bun' hairstyle
- Household names Lionel Messi and Neymar have dyed their hair peroxide blond in recent weeks
After spending the last few games on the substitutes bench it appears Moreno has spent the extra time off by planning his next hairstyle.
Taking to Snapchat the out-of-form defender revealed to his followers his outstretched palm containing his freshly snipped pony tail, along with the caption 'bye.'

Moreno showed his followers the pony tail, which he has sported all season, was no more
Moreno then posted again shortly after revealing the finished product of his latest style choice - a full head of peroxide blond hair.
The Spaniard follows the likes of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Aaron Ramsey in opting for the all-over dye of shockingly bright hair.
He isn't even the first Liverpool player to sport such a hairstyle however, as many fans will recall the bright yellow hair of striker Robbie Fowler and Dominic Matteo during the 1995 season.
Moreno will be hoping his new overhauled look will help him gain a fresh start out on the field.
The left-back has been omitted from Jurgen Klopp's starting XI since the opening day of the season, when he endured a torrid time in Liverpool's 4-3 win over Arsenal at the Emirates.

Moreno, a £12million acquisition from Seville in 2014, has been reduced to a substitute role for the Reds while midfielder James Milner fills in at left back.
The marauding full-back is renowned for his attacking play, and seemed to be fitting into Klopp's Liverpool plans nicely upon the German's arrival.
But, following a disaster showing in last season's Europa League final against his former club Seville, the defender's confidence appears to have been dented.
The 24-year-old will have the opportunity to showcase his fresh new hairstyle in public on Friday, as Liverpool face Antonio Conte's Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.Liverpool Defender Alberto Moreno Ditches The 'Man Bun' And Joins Lionel Messi With The Bleach Blond Look
