Stonebwoy feeds fans with Kpoo Keke drink while performing on stage

Dancehall Artiste, Stonebwoy poured Kpoo Keke drink into the mouth of some fans when he was performing on stage.
The artist who’s currently the brand ambassador of the tigernut beverage has a banger out there named after the drink.
Whiles treating fans a powerful performance at a musical concert held in AvakpeDome, a village in Adidome, he went close to the teeming fans and pour the liquor in the mouth of a selected few.
This action of Stonebwoy has been welcomed with mixed reactions from the general public.
As some see it as normal for a brand ambassador to do everything to promote products, some have questioned why he will give alcoholic beverages to fans which can make them rowdy.

Stonebwoy Is The Best Artiste In Ghana – Kwaw Kese

Ghanaian rapper Kwaw Kese has hailed dancehall artiste Stonebwoy as the best artiste in the country currently.
According to him, the “Kpo k3k3” hit maker is far ahead of his peers, but many people are simply reluctant to admit it.
Kwaw Kese made the statement following his appearance at the Independence Concert held at Labadi Beach Hotel on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
“He’s the best. You know,” the rapper told Citi TV when asked to rate Stonebwoy in the Ghana music industry.
“…people don’t want to speak the truth but as an industry player, I know Stonebwoy is the best of his time,” he added.
The Independence Concert was graced by a host of artistes, who performed to mark Ghana’s 62nd Independence Day anniversary.
Aside Kwaw Kese and Stonenwoy, the likes of OV, Kelvynboy, Kwamina MP, Kwesi Arthur, Sefa, Tic, Rocky Dawuni and Ponobiom also performed at the concert.
Other artistes who passed through include Jupitar, King Promise, Lilwin, Kuami Eugene, Darkovibes, Kwamina MP, Kwaw Kese, Samini and Efya.

Stonebwoy Reacts To Fathering Second Baby Rumour

Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy, has declined to verify or refute talk that his wife, Dr. Louisa has delivered a second baby.
The news remains unconfirmed for now as we await a reaction from the camp of the BHIM nation boss. Stonebwoy insisted that fans wait for an official announcement from his camp about welcoming a new child.
In an interview with Franky 5 on ‘This Is Gospel’ on Hitz FM, he did not directly confirm but his reactions during suggested the speculations may be true.
“I mean that [news] caught my attention this afternoon. But you were asking about how many babies I wanted to have right? Jah knows. On to the next one,” he said then burst into laughter.
“I mean halfway until it is totally confirmed.….It is just not officially announced yet but at the end of the day they should wait till they hear from the horse’s own mouth,” Stonebwoy added.
Stonebwoy’s answers propose the news is, in reality, evident and he has a child yet they’re essentially not prepared to report it to the world yet.

Every Season Has Its Artistes - Stonebwoy Replies Tic Tac

Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has played down criticisms that the Ghanaian music industry is currently being run by three artistes.
According to him, every season in the music industry has its own celebrated artistes.
Speaking to KMJ on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Tuesday, Stonebwoy said listeners get attached to the music of up-and-coming artistes who turn to rule the music scene till the songs of others take over.
“Once upon a time Tic Tac [now called Tic], Tinny and some other artiste were ruling the music scene. They were hotter when some of us were not,” he added.
Stonebwoy was responding to Tic’s comments on the Ghana music industry ruled by three artistes.
The hiplife artiste accused industry players and show organisers for booking three artistes for almost every show during the 2018 Christmas season.
According to Tic, the monopoly some of these artistes are enjoying have caused other singers to be sidelined. This, he says, does not help other artistes grow.

He explained that the music industry has a pool of musicians with different styles and vibes that need to be shown to the people.
“Once you create the environment where everybody has a gig then we’ll have a variety of acts at the shows,” he said.
However, Stonebwoy said a number of artistes being celebrated at a particular time have been the culture of the industry for a long time.
“Once upon a time people got used to the style of the “Ss” Sonni Balli, Samini and Sarkodie, but now the “Ks” Kuami Eugene, King Promise and company are doing so well,” he added.
The dancehall artiste noted that, beyond the complaining or talking about the problem, solutions should be looked into to help solve the problem.
“Maybe ten years from now, other artistes will be hotter than some of us,” he stated.
Stonebwoy stated the problem makes old artistes who have passed their prime less expensive.
“I think if you want to book Celine Dion now the price will be something else. It is like wine, the older is it the more expensive it should be but sadly the system here is different,” he added.
The “Mane Me” singer said, If the systems in the country are fit and everything is in place, the artistes in their prime today should be more expensive than the new artistes of tomorrow.
He said, “I check what we can do so we keep soaring because there are people who are 50 years like Richard Bonah and UB40 who are still kicking it.”
Stonebwoy explained a bigger platform should be created for music lovers and should allow underground artistes “a step to solving the problem of monopoly.”
He advised artistes to position themselves well in their prime to remain relevant and not follow certain routes.
“That’s how we’re going to still be confident, comfortable and not be bothered about certain things.”

It’s every dream of a musician to collaborate with a top-notch artist and it’s no different from Stonebwoy as he has hinted of a possible collaboration with Rihanna.

Stonebwoy is still looking far beyond the local scene to the international stages after working with Samini, Rocky Dawuni and Sean Paul.

What a crowd; Great crowd, very responsive, the crowd’s energy was just off the hook but next time, you guys should do something about the sound.

The photo hit the internet in the early hours of Saturday from instagram and is fast spreading to other social media networks.
